Your email address; the credentials you enter (license and certification names, numbers, states, dates); documents you upload (license cards, certificates); notes and reminders you create; and your chat conversations with Nova.
Nova keeps a working memory of what you tell it — your stated plans, preferences, and situation — so it can be useful across conversations. By design, Nova's own guesses and inferences about you are not stored as facts. It also keeps internal logs (for example, records of when its safety filters act) used to keep Nova accurate and safe.
Your data is stored with Supabase (a cloud database provider, servers in the United States) and protected by row-level security — your records are only readable by your account. Documents you upload are stored privately and shared only when you create a share link.
You; and the developer, solely for building, debugging, and supporting Nova during the beta. Your chat content is processed by Anthropic's Claude API to generate responses, under their commercial terms (your data is not used to train their models). We do not sell your data. Ever.
Nova is for your career records. Please don't put patient information (PHI) into chats, notes, or uploads — Nova is not a HIPAA-covered system, and it doesn't need patient details to help you.
Ask, and your account and all associated data will be deleted. During beta, contact the developer through the app.
If any of this changes materially during the beta, you'll be told before it takes effect.
